The girl in the photo is indeed Nick's his new girlfriend/arm accessory. Her name is Marie Louise (LouLou) Stoffel, a 26-year old socialite, aspiring actress/model (sound familiar?) from Switzerland. She's the one that was also photographed with him at the Raisa Gorbechev dinner back in June.
