Bugger - they didn't sing Girls on Film last night! That would have been a definite highlight. All I can say about the show was that it was LOUD. There were a couple of people (me included) covering their ears at points during the show, mainly for PE & Go West. It horribly distorted the sound and made it difficult to enjoy the bands. It did not go well with my already sore head.
Paul Gray was great and you can tell that he loves reliving his 80's fame. He goes nuts with the guitar/keyboard thingy and he still looks hot.
PE did all the regular numbers, including Love An Adventure, Listening, Funky Town & Dancing Until Midnight. Vince Leigh still looks cute, but the other 3 have not aged so well. Brian's bald spot is getting more and more noticeable (he could do with a can of spray paint to fill it in.)
Go West look fabulous for their age (considering Peter Cox is 52 and Richard Drummie is 49). Peter's voice would be great if we could hear it properly. The highlights were obviously We Close Our Eyes & King of Wishful Thinking. They did a lot of stuff that I didn't know (even though I have their first album) aswell.
